Chef de partie — Ezza South

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
