Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Ife Central, Osun State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦1,250 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
