Now hiring: we are hiring a waiter in Kibiya, Kano State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦1,350 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
