Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lee County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
