Foundry labourer • Marte, Borno State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Marte, Borno State. On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
