Press operator — Dikwa

Join our team: we are hiring a press operator in Dikwa, Borno State. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
