Gantry crane operator wanted in Portage County

Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Portage County, Ohio. The job is on a busy construction site. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Your main tasks: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Meals and transport allowance provided.
