What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day-to-day duties: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease Rotating shifts.
