Halal butcher • Ushongo, Benue State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ushongo, Benue State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
