VMC operator • Sapele, Delta State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Sapele, Delta State. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Share your details and we will call you back.
