Baker — Wasatch County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Wasatch County, Utah. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
