Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ojo, Lagos State. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
