Electrostatic spray painter • Ware County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ware County, Georgia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
