Backhoe operator wanted in Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Franklin County, Texas. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. You will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
