CNC milling operator — Edwards County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Edwards County, Illinois. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
