Finish carpenter — Tamenglong

Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Tamenglong, Manipur. Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. We are looking for confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers; accurate to fine tolerances on finish work; own basic hand tools. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
