Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Ideally you have able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled We offer ₹19,000 per month plus benefits.
