Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
