Prep cook — Ringim

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Ringim, Jigawa State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
