Line cook — Cottle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Cottle County, Texas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
