Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request.
