Scullery hand • Sapele, Delta State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sapele, Delta State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts ₦13,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
