Cake decorator wanted in San Augustine County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in San Augustine County, Texas. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
