Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Lander County, Nevada. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
