Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
