Bakery assistant wanted in Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Madison County, Texas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
