Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
