Oven operator — McClain County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in McClain County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
