We are recruiting: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Dixie County, Florida. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); work out the load weight and the lifting radius; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals 2+ years on the tools preferred.
