We are recruiting: excavator operator (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Asotin County, Washington. The job is in an open-cast quarry. On a typical shift you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Rotating shifts.
