We are recruiting: pastry baker (Delta State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bomadi, Delta State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
