Head baker — Bakura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Bakura, Zamfara State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred.
