Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
