Butcher wanted in Clark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Clark County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
