Urgent requirement: line cook (Kano State)

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Bunkure, Kano State. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
