Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
