Sausage maker — Peach County

Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Peach County, Georgia. You will work in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
