You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
