Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ibaji, Kogi State. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
