Chef de partie — Stephens County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Stephens County, Oklahoma. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
