We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Flagler County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
