Dish pit attendant — Zing

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Zing, Taraba State. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
