We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
