Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in King County, Texas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
