We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Magumeri, Borno State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Rotating shifts.
