Dough maker — Gagarawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
