Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofer in Ector County, Texas. You will be based on residential new-build sites. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance Day to day you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling.
