Fry cook — Odigbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Odigbo, Ondo State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
