Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
