Line cook — Tai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Tai, Rivers State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer ₦950 per hour plus benefits.
